Welcome to Trillionlytics Agency, Inc. ("Trillionlytics," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, including CRM, automation tools, templates, support, training, and any additional services provided by Trillionlytics Agency (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can explore the full platform before making any financial commitment.
You will receive full access to your selected plan during the trial.
You may cancel anytime within the 14-day period without being charged.
If not canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.
Note: Once your trial converts to a paid plan, all payments become non-refundable.
2. Subscription & Billing
Our Services operate on a recurring monthly subscription model unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for maintaining valid and updated payment information.
Failed payments may result in account suspension or termination.
Additional services such as custom builds, branding, or extra accounts may incur separate fees.
3. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data entered into your CRM account.
If your subscription is canceled or suspended for any reason:
Your access to the platform and data will be disabled.
You may request one-time temporary access within 5 days of closure to retrieve your data, free of charge.
After this grace period, your data may no longer be available unless your account is reactivated or transferred.
We strongly recommend backing up essential data prior to cancellation.
4. Account Transfers
If you wish to transfer your account and assets to another provider:
A one-time transfer fee of $997 applies.
This fee must be paid in full before the transfer begins.
Your data and custom assets will be included in the transfer.
Proprietary templates, workflows, or systems created by Trillionlytics are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Refund Policy
Once billing begins, no refunds will be issued for:
Unused time or early cancellations
Setup delays caused by the user
Lack of use or completion of setup
Dissatisfaction after subscription activation
We encourage all users to fully explore the trial and onboarding resources before purchasing.
6. What’s Included
Active subscriptions include:
Access to your private CRM dashboard and automation tools
24/7 live chat and Zoom support
Upload of niche-specific templates and assets
Continuous platform updates and performance optimization
Custom development, advanced automations, or done-for-you builds are billed separately unless stated otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property
All original systems, workflows, templates, automations, graphics, and training materials created by Trillionlytics remain the exclusive intellectual property of Trillionlytics Agency, Inc.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share proprietary materials without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination and legal action.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining billing cycle.
Upon termination:
Platform access will be revoked.
You may request temporary access within 5 days to retrieve data.
After that period, data retrieval may not be possible without reactivation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or account notifications. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To access any snapshot, you must have an active HighLevel CRM account. Please verify that your agency allows third-party snapshot imports before purchase.
All snapshots are non-branded, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Redistribution, resale, or replication of any snapshot in whole or part is strictly prohibited under this Snapshot Resale Restriction Agreement.
By purchasing, you agree not to share, duplicate, or distribute this product to any other user, sub-account, or agency without written permission from Trillionlytics Agency. Violation of these terms may result in permanent access revocation and potential legal enforcement.
12. Sub-Accounts & White-Label Access
If you provide sub-accounts, partner access, or white-label services through HighLevel, clarify this:
Each sub-account or user under your Agency is responsible for its own data, compliance, and activity. Trillionlytics is not liable for misuse, marketing practices, or data handling performed by sub-accounts. Access may be suspended if an account violates HighLevel or Trillionlytics policies.
This helps if a partner does something non-compliant (email spam, misuse of leads, etc.) — it keeps that liability off you.
13. A2P & Communication Compliance
Add a brief clause like:
Users are responsible for maintaining compliance with all communication regulations, including A2P 10DLC registration, TCPA consent, and SMS/MMS delivery rules. Trillionlytics provides tools for compliance but does not assume responsibility for message content or delivery approval.
This is a must for any agency that uses HighLevel’s texting or call automation. It prevents chargebacks or fines landing on you.
14. Integrations & Third-Party Tools
Trillionlytics may offer integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Mailgun, Twilio, Zapier). We do not control or guarantee these services. Users are responsible for maintaining their own accounts, credentials, and usage within the terms of those third-party providers.
This shields you from things breaking on other platforms or when clients use their own keys.
15. Limitation of Liability
A simple version works:
In no event shall Trillionlytics, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Your total remedy shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription during the previous billing cycle.
